• To create a ticket using the bot, you will need to use the /ticket command in the community group. However, interactions between the ticket opener and the team will be done via the bot’s DM to prevent sharing private information in the public chat.

• To close a ticket, you can simply click the “Close” tab on either end (As an Admin or Member).
