To kickstart interactions with the bot as an admin/group owner. You will be exposed to various commands when you add the ticketing bot to your group or community. Let’s dive into breaking down every one.
/start – The Start command is used to bring out the bot’s introductory message and your available tabs.
/ticket – The ticket command can only be used in groups or communities. This command is used to create tickets by anyone who wishes to reach out to the community Admins or Team.
/mytickets – This command is used to showcase a list of currently opened tickets.
/mygrouptests – This command is used to showcase how many groups you currently have open tickets in. This is most applicable to Admins, Moderators, or Team members who hold similar positions in different groups using the bot.
/admin – The admin command is used to manage your groups; to view open tickets, view closed tickets, auto delete messages, and the subscription tab.
/verify – The verify command is usually used by the Admin/group owner inside the community to verify ownership of the group.
/help – To show a list of detailed features.
